Delivery & Shipping
Dispatch times
Orders are fulfilled every working day. Orders and payments received before 10am Monday to Wednesday are shipped the same day. No order is dispatched until payment is received in full.
Fresh products
Orders containing fresh products such as boerewors or bacon are not shipped on Thursdays or Fridays unless you select an express delivery option, which carries an additional fee. Orders sent on a Thursday or Friday may remain in the courier's warehouse until the next working day.
Out-of-stock items
As each order is placed we check stock, then pick and pack it. If something is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or wait for the item to be replenished.
Delivering across Europe
We deliver throughout Europe, outside of Italy too. Different shipping rates apply by country — email, WhatsApp or call us and we'll sort you out.
Collection
Orders can be collected from Via XX Settembre 24, Arona, by appointment. This is a collection point, not a retail store.
